Members interested in purchasing a used vehicle through the Auto Club's Car Buying Service should know that prices on used vehicles have been pre-negotiated at mid-Kelley Blue Book or lower. Keep in mind, mid - Kelley Blue Book is the midway point between the retail value and the wholesale value.
